I think this is a great idea.
I think this is a great idea. Although if local residents were to get off their backsides and do things like this, would we have Unions complaining that they were taking jobs away from council workers? (very cycnical I know)
Imagine if we had proactive, creative individuals to 'attack' problem areas and go in and clean up and/or plant bright attractive flowers/plants/trees to try and illuminate an area!
