where do think they should
where do think they should go? Junkies etc. are conneisseurs of real public space where you can linger idly without having to buy anything, these spaces belong to the cities people (not companies) and there is no denying that junkies, winos etc are people of the city, getting rid of them is just blinkering yourself to their exixtence and the means of their creation, if you want "rid" of them so bad then help one out or get involved with one of the many charities out there, or is it that you'd rather have them exterminated Eichmann???
